Our Fall Baptism Service will take place on November 17, 2024 at 1:30pm in the Sanctuary. This is a separate service in addition to the usual Vinewood Sunday morning service. We hope you will come and celebrate with us!
The first mission prayer group will be held on Sunday November 10 at 11:15am in Room 202. This group will meet once per month to pray for missionaries that CFC Berkeley supports!
Membership Class is being held on Sunday, November 3rd. This is mandatory if you are interested in applying for church membership at CFC Berkeley, and will be a great chance to learn what church membership is all about. Membership class will take place at 11:15am in Room 202. If you cannot make this date but are interested in attending, please contact Pastor Dennis (dennis.lee@cfcberkeley.org) for a makeup class.

Becoming Fishers of Men, our fall 2024 evangelism class, is kicking off on Sunday 9/29 at 11:15am in Room 202. The class will be 6 sessions long and will be a mix of lectures, sharing the gospel inside and outside of the church, and a skit! Our college fellowship, Crossroads Christian Fellowship, has been tabling at Sproul and has a number of fun NEW Welcome Week activities continuing for the next few weeks! You can scan the QR code or visit our website page for all Crossroads-related events.
Retreat will take place Friday July 5 to Sunday July 7 at Sonoma State University!
We currently only have Commuter Spaces available, but you can fill out to form to get on our waitlist as well.

We will be having an Easter Sunday Combined Worship Service this year with our Chinese congregation! To accommodate space, this service will take place at the First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley at 3:00pm.
Please note: There will be NO regular services held at CFC Berkeley on March 31, 2024.
Vinewood’s Good Friday Service will take place in the Fellowship Hall at 7:30pm on Friday March 29. All fellowships will participate in this event, including Agape youth. There will be a separate children’s program available as well.
Our Spring Baptism will take place on Sunday, April 21 at 1:30pm in the Sanctuary!
If you are interested in getting baptized, there are mandatory baptism classes that will be held at 11:00am on Sundays, March 24 and April 7 in Room 201.

To support and encourage our sisters as they start our women's ministry, we will be holding an LSF women's conference on Jan 26-27. We will have an invited speaker teach on identity in Christ and self-esteem, and hope it will be a sweet time of fellowship for our LSF ladies. CFC Berkeley Membership Class will be held on January 21st at 11:15am in Room 204 (pastors’ office). This is for those interested in becoming a church member, or learning more about what membership means. If you would like to request a makeup class because you cannot attend the 1/21 class, please contact Pastor Dennis (dennis.lee@cfcberkeley.org) beforehand.
Our Spring Evangelism Class Series, Fishers of Men, will start up again on January 21st at 11:00am on Sundays for 7 classes. The class details and full schedule are posted on our website under “Christian Education.”
We are excited to kick off the Bible Study Basics class in the Spring. The first class will be Jan 21, 11:00 on Sunday, and will meet at the same time/location moving forward. Through it, we will learn some principles of biblical interpretation, and do some practice as well! CFC Berkeley will be hosting a Christmas Eve Service on Sunday December 24th at 5:00 pm right here. This is a combined service with our Chinese congregation that will be held in addition to our regular Vinewood Sunday Service. Hope to see you there!

Save the date for our English Congregation Fall Baptism! Come join us on November 5, 2023 at 1:30pm in the Sanctuary as we witness several individuals give their testimonies and get baptized!
We will have a Short Term Mission Trip sharing at 11:30am on after Sunday Service on October 22 in the side yard. Come enjoy some snacks and hear sharings from our church members who went on mission trips over the summer.

We are excited to announce our CFC Berkeley English congregation summer retreat guest speaker and retreat! Pastor Erick Loh from Community Christian Alliance Church in Los Angeles will be joining us, and the theme is Convicted and conflicted: The church and the conscience.
Summer retreat will take place July 7 - July 9, 2023 and registration is open!
Also, after service May 14, you can sign up to be a lunch buddy for a chance to meet people from other fellowships in our English congregation. Buddy lunch will happen after service next week (May 21). Please talk to those on the Post-Sermon Implementation team (outside after Sunday Service) if you have more questions!
The Post-Sermon Implementation Team is excited to announce that there will be an EASTER EGG HUNT in the front yard after church service TODAY, April 16, 2023. Grab a buddy, find and egg, answer the question inside, and receive your candy! Hope you see you there!
